Patience is a virtue

Thinking that my coffee shop would be up and running at the end of two thousand and thirteen was rather ambitious.

A skiing injury from my winter season in La Plagne left me recovering from a knee operation, ouch! This frustrating inconvenience plus trying to find the right location and premises slowed up the whole process, but may have been a blessing in disguise.

With regards to time, the past few months have been invaluable. They have allowed me to prepare, design and create for my coffee shop. I have been knitting, crocheting and making lots of pots. I’m excited about my creations but the reality of how time consuming this is has come to light! I think a seasonal coffee shop would be more suitable than one in the city. I have been researching tourist locations and I am drawn towards Scotland. It is magical and I know I love it.

My patience has been tested this past year, but apparently all good things come to those who wait. I don’t know where I will end up as i have lot more research to do but until then, ‘’I’ll walk slow, take my hand help me on my way’’ mumford & sons.
