FAQ’s

What happens when I place an order?

When you make a purchase through our online shop you will be sent a confirmation email followed by further notification email once your order has been completed.

My piece looks slightly different from the images?

Tea With Jud pottery is handcrafted solely by Jud and may differ slightly to images on the website therefore making each piece unique.

What if the product I want is Out of Stock?

Please add your e.mail address into the box provided on the product description page. You will be notified when the item is back in stock.

What is the time scale for products that are Out of Stock?

I’m afraid I cannot give you a definite answer! Tea with Jud is run by 1 person only and due to a wide product range and ceramics being a slow process, it could take a while!

What if I have a specific question I would like to discuss about my order?

No problem, just contact us here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

International Orders

The Tea with Jud website is not set up for International orders. If you want to place and order outside of the UK please contact us here to arrange it.

How do Cancellations and Refunds work?

If you wish to cancel an order or item please contact us here A.S.A.P. providing order details and order number if possible.

Orders can only be cancelled provided they have not been dispatched. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

We are unable to offer a refund on personalised items

What timescale should I expect when ordering a product?

Delivery timescales can’t be guaranteed but all items should be sent out within 3 working days and items should be received within a week. ** During Lockdown Items are only posted 1x a week – on a Friday ** If your item has not been received please feel free to contact us via this link

How will my order be wrapped?

Your order will be wrapped in tissue paper and other recycled and reused materials. It is important to protect your pottery in transit while also reducing waste and being as environmentally friendly as possible.

How can I care for my Pottery?

All Tea with Jud Pottery is fired to 1180 degrees making it microwave* and dishwasher* safe, however hand washing is recommended to minimise chipping or breakage. Ceramics while strong can break so please handle with care. We do not replace or refund accidental breakages.
