All items featured on the Tea with Jud website are made by hand, therefore completely unique. Each item is described with approximate measurements and dimensions. Items may vary slightly from the description given. Colour may also vary.
All Retail orders will be made specifically for your shop. Order amounts and style will be discussed and agreed before production.
Retail orders can take 6 – 8 weeks. This will be determined by busy/quiet periods and how much stock is ordered. You will be notified of an estimated delivery date.
Customer Orders: if a customer in your shop wishes to order more items through you, please email me direct at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone me. If the customer order is being posted outside of your standard shop delivery, postage will be charged. An invoice will be issued and the order will not be sent until this has been paid.
All pottery is your responsibility whilst in your shop. Any damage, breakages or theft must be paid for by you.
Postage & Packaging
Retailers buying stock outright will pay for postage. The price of this will be determined on how much stock is ordered. A Postage and Packaging Invoice will be sent via PayPal and paid by you before the order is despatched.
Tea with Jud will pay for postage on all Sale or Return orders.
Payment for all sale or return products will be agreed with each Retailer as some may vary.
Retailers buying stock will be issued an Invoice for all Purchased products at time of order. Payment must be received within l4 days of order being placed.
Details of all stock sold must be included with each payment.
At the request of Jud Pollock for the return of any unsold Sale or Return stock, you will be notified in advance, and expected to package appropriately and send to the stated address. Return postage is at your expense. Unfortunately Royal Mail and Parcel Force do not cover insurance for pottery so any breakages will be at your expense. In the event of any breakages you will be notified and an invoice will be issued. You will have l4 days to complete payment.
If you wish to return any unsold stock, the above conditions apply.
Upon delivery you will receive a delivery note and wholesale price list.
Please contact Jud and state that the order has arrived safely and notify of any damages immediately.
Also, please advise when the stock will be available to buy in the shop as social media and website will be updated with the relevant information.
